2009
We started in 2009 as a handful of people who loved the rush of live connection, taking on small clients and proving that honest human conversations beat tricks every time. In short order we grew into a nationwide company in Ireland — built on three promises: hire for heart, train for excellence, and never take shortcuts.
2011
By 2011 we crossed the channel and expanded into the UK, then deeper into Europe, scaling our playbook while keeping local flavor. We refined training, product knowledge, and ethical-close techniques so every market had TOMA-level ambassadors who could read a room and convert trust into customers.
2014
An invite to New York City in 2014 put us on the map in the U.S.: we built up and down the East Coast, bringing stadium energy to streets, subways, and shopping districts. Our pop-ups and retail activations stopped people in their tracks — bold creative backed by disciplined ops and live reporting.
2018
Texas was the next frontier in 2018, and we formed our Central Division to own the region. From festivals to storefronts, we doubled down on operational rigor and local teams — promoting on merit and training ambassadors with role-play and real-world coaching before they ever wore the TOMA badge.
2024
In 2024 we set up in San Diego, the final frontier on our roadmap to coast-to-coast coverage. City by city, event by event, we continue to scale without losing the human-first detail that makes each market unique: thoughtful activations, live metrics, and ambassadors who touch both heart and brain.

Product training, ethical-close playbook, role-play, safety & retail protocols, plus logistics (permits, POS, merch). We certify crews, assign leads, and run a dry-run so game day is crisp.
We show up loud and convert with care. Real-time dashboards, daily optimization loops, in-field coaching, and rapid A/B changes keep performance climbing. After launch we package learnings and scale the winning playbook city-by-city.
